Healthy Vegan Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

Perfect for warm spring days to welcome the summer :)

INGREDIENTS

2 large frozen chopped banana slices

(if you like it sweet: 1 tbsp coconut syrup)

TOPPING

1 tbsp cacao nibs

GOOD TO HAVE: high-speed blender or food processor

HOW TO

Put frozen banana slices together with cacao powder in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend (for about 3 minutes) until everything is smooth. Top with cacao nibs and enjoy!
