I'm Andrea, a nutritionist and a qualified yoga instructor and this is my little space, where I share my love for food, yoga and traveling.
I've always been a creative type and I just love the idea of turning simple ingredients into something delicious. Almost all of my recipes are plant-based. Simply because I celebrate the idea that a balanced diet with a lot of whole foods is a powerful way to get all the energy you need. Speaking of a healthy lifestyle, I've a strong believe that food alone it is not the answer to health, well-being and happiness. That's why my approach to a healthy living is holistic, which includes body, mind and spirit.
Besides creating recipes you'll find me on the mat. Yoga and meditation are my daily tools and influence my life strongly. It wasn't long before I realized that I feel physically, mentally and emotionally stronger.
So if I'm not in my kitchen or on the mat I'm probably gone traveling. Traveling is my weakness. I just love it and my wanderlust is growing on a daily basis. Wherever I go I enjoy to try out all kinds of food and I'm open to experience different ways of living.
My rule for everything I do. If there is not a little bit of your heart in it - let it go.
