VEGAN - GLUTEN-FREE - SUPER TASTY
enough for about 800 g granola
INGREDIENTS
500 g millet flakes
100 g chopped walnuts
1 tbsp melted dr. goerg coconut oil (available at fitomenal)
1 tbsp dr. georg coconut syrup (available at fitomenal)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
GOOD TO HAVE: baking sheet, parchment paper, large bowl
HOW TO
1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 300°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl mix all ingredients and make sure millet flakes are moistened.
2. Spread mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Stir from time to time.
3. When granola starts to get a brown color, take it out of the oven and let cool completely. The air will help to get a crunchy texture. You can store your homemade granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 weeks.
