ALMOND VANILLA GRANOLA


INGREDIENTS

50 g sliced almonds

150 g oats

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

4 tbsp agave syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla powder

1 pinch salt

GOOD TO HAVE: baking sheet, parchment paper, large bowl

HOW TO

1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 300°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl mix oats, sliced almonds,vanilla powder, coconut oil, agave syrup and salt. Set aside. Make sure all of the oats are moistened.

2. Spread mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Stir from time to time.

3. When granola starts to get a brown color, take it out of the oven and let cool completely. The air will help to get a crunchy texture. You can store your homemade granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
