THAI PEANUT DIPPING SAUCE

If you love spring rolls as much as I do - you'll dream about this dip!
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp soja sauce
150-200 ml warm water
1 glove garlic
1 thin slice fresh ginger
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp agave syrup
FOR SERVING
a few chili flakes
a few balck sesame seeds
GOOD TO HAVE: high-speed blender or food processor
HOW TO
Cut garilc and ginger roughly and add them with all other ingredients to high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until well combined. If it is too thick, add a bit more water or if it's too thin more peanut butter. Once you're happy with the texture and flavour pour sauce in a small bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chili flakes. Enjoy!
