APPLE PIE PORRIDGE

enough for one bowl
INGREDIENTS
50 g rolled oats
100 ml plant-based milk
100 ml water
1/2 tsp agave syrup
a pinch salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
caramalized apples:
1 apple
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tbsp agave syrup
50-100 ml water
GOOD TO HAVE: small pot, saucepan
HOW TO
1. Cut apple in small chunks and add them to a saucepan together with agave syrup and water. Heat up over low heat until it starts to boil. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
2. In the meantime in a small pot heat up water and plant-based milk together with rolled oats over low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally to make sure it doesn't burn on the bottom.
3.Transfer porridge in a bowl and top with caramalized apples. Enjoy when still warm!
