CASHEW CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH CACAO NIBS

INGREDIENTS
100 g cashews
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp agave syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
50 ml almond milk
Topping:
1 tsp cacao nibs
GOOD TO HAVE: high-speed blender
HOW TO
Pre-soak cashews in boiling water, throw soaking water away and blend together with all other ingredients until smooth and creamy. Let mousse set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Top with cacao nibs and enjoy.
