SUNRISE SUNRISE


...looks like morning in your eyes. This mango drink -

is best enjoyed in the early mornings. It's kinda like a winter mango lassi ;)

WHAT'S IT GOOD FOR?

mangos: improve digestion with their huge amout of fiber and enzymes, boost your immune system & promote healthy skin

INGREDIENTS:

200 ml coconut milk drink

1 tbsp diced mango (use a very ripe one)

3 tbsp orange juice (best when pressed from fresh oranges)

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

a pinch ground cardamom

a pinch vanilla extract

Additionally: water

TOPPING:

1/2 tsp almond slices

a pinch ground cinnamon

GOOD TO HAVE: high-speed blender, straw

HOW TO:

Add milk, orange juice, vanilla extract, cardamom, cinnamon and mango to a high-speed blender and mix until everything is well combined. If you're not happy with the consistency and you think it's too thick just add some water and blend again.

Pour into a large glass, sprinkle with cinnamon and almond slices. I highly recommend using a straw.

This drink is best when it's fresh and cool. But if you've got leftovers - simple refrigerate up to two days. Enjoy!
