Easy to make if you've got the golden curcuma paste ready - if you don't have that much time - just add whatever you have listed in the paste recipe (click here) it will be still really good. But make sure that you use curcuma powder that's essential! ;)
enough for 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
250 ml almond milk or any other plant-based milk
1/2 tsp golden curcuma paste (click here for recipe)
EXTRAS:
a pinch cinnamon
1/2 tsp preferred sweetener (I used honey) If you've got sweetened milk you could also leave it out
GOOD TO HAVE: whisker, small pot or milk frother
HOW TO:
1. In a small pot heat up plant-based milk over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes until it starts to boil and add your golden paste.
2. Either use a whisker or put everything in a blender and blend on high speed until well combined and foamy. If you've got a milk frother even better. Try it - if you like it more sweet add some extra honey or any other preferred sweetener.
2. Pour into a cup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
