MINDFUL MORNING DETOX DRINK


I believe the best morning cleanse starts with lemon, ginger & green tea.

Healing and detoxifying from the inside out.

WHAT'S IT GOOD FOR?

lemon: vitamin C - antioxidants / ginger: anti-inflammatory, can help to reduce morning sickness / green tea: antioxidants - great for your skin

1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

250 ml water

1/2 squeezed lemon

1 inch ginger - thinly sliced

1 bag green tea

1/2 tsp honey (if you don't like it sweet - leave it out)

EXTRAS:

a lemon slice (organic)

GOOD TO HAVE: small pot or kettle

HOW TO:

1. Heat up your water until it's boiling either in a small pot or with a kettle. If you use a pot place ginger and lemon in there first. And when it boils add all other ingredients.

2. Otherwise if using a kettle add ginger, green tea bag, honey and lemon. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes. Add a lemon slice if you like it extra sour. Enjoy!
