Winter or summer doesn't matter because this one is always a good option and full of vitamins!!
WHATS IT GOOD FOR
spinach: high in fiber, antioxidants, boosts immune system
banana: energy booster, high in vitamins and minerals
chia: high in omega-3 fatty acids
enough for one smoothie
INGREDIENTS
one handfull of spinach
2 tbsp chopped cucumber
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 chopped banana
1/2 tsp chia seeds
200 ml water
GOOD TO HAVE: mixer or high-speed blender
HOW TO
Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend well for at least a minute and enjoy!
