enough for about 12 cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup of oats
½ cup of cereal with nuts and dried fruits
1 teaspoon flaxseeds (grounded or whole)
1 banana
2 tablespoons plant based milk (I used almond milk)
½ tablespoon cinnamon
Good to have: Whisker, large bowl, baking paper
How to:
Preheat your oven to about 350 F or 180°C and use some parchment paper on your baking tray.
Pour oats, cereal, flaxseeds and cinnamon in a large bowl and mix it well.
In a smaller bowl mash banana with plant based milk until everything is smooth.
Add the liquid part to the dry ingredients and mix it well - if the consistency is too dry add some more plant based milk - if it is too wet add more oats.
When you're happy with the consistency use a tablespoon and a teaspoon to form little about 3 cm balls. With the back of your tablespoon press down your batter to get the real cookie shape.
And then bake your cookies for about 10 minutes - they might be still a bit soft but they start to get more solid once you let them cool down. - Enjoy!
