WHOLEWHEAT SEED BREAD


INGREDIENTS:

300 g whole wheat flour

3 tbsp brown millet flour

1 tsp dry yeast

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp shredded almonds

1 tsp sesame seeds

300 ml warm water (or room temperature)

extra seeds to sprinkle on top

HOW TO:

1. Preheat your oven to about 350 F or 180° by circulating air. In the meantime add flour, yeast and salt to a large bowl. Add water to the dry ingredients and use a spatula until everything is

well combined and you have a sticky dough.

2. Cover your bowl with a wet kitchen towel and let it sit by room temperature for at least an hour (the longer the better).

3. When your bread has reached double the size or is at least a little bit bigger than before place it in the baking tin and sprinkle seeds on top. Place your bread in the middle of your preheated oven and bake it for about 1 hour.

4. Enjoy when completely cooled down.
